This is my personal blog. Ted Harge Central Baby! It's me and what I'm all about.

Blogging is a great way to implement the first 3 of the founding 4 principles of the WB-NWA:
1. We all have needs
2. We all have value/s
3. Sharing - we should all be willing to share our value/s
4. Exponential growth
All members should set up a blog similar to this one. You should list your needs and list your value/s in addition to anything else you might want to discuss or post of interest. I'd love to have all our members unselfishly surf the member blogs to see if there is someone that fits the discription of who they could help with their value/talents/skillz etc.
In other words:
1. Your needs means:
What do you need help with? Who do you need to meet? What do you need to know? Give this some careful thought. Get creative if you need to.
You don't have to list everything. You don't have to list all details either. Only list the things you need, that you are willing to privately post. You can stay vague or or be very detailed, it is up to you. But keep in mind, you can't get help unless you ask. Be humble and willing to ask for help.
2. Your value/s: anything of value that you are willing to share, whether that be talents, knowledge, time, money, information, contacts, references etc.
You don't have to be willing to share value/s that you normally get paid for, in order to participate. What you share is up to you. What is important is that you are willing to share something. Keep in mind though, the more you can help the better. Better for you because more will be returned if givin in a spirit of not expecting anything in return, a spirit of just wanting to see others happy and successful. Better for the ones that you are helping obviously and better for all because we are creating an atmosphere of unselfishness where success can flourish and thrive in bigger ways than imaginable
3. Sharing ****NOW! What I ask as explained on the WBNWA.com website is:
Rather than list your needs and just sit and wait and hope or rather than network by simply asking for help..., help first. This is key to the success of networking. HELP FIRST! Be willing to help, help, help.... until it hurts (as George Fraser said in his book "Success Runs in our Race").

I will have listed all members that have set up a personal blog similar to this one. Please surf the members blogs regularly, to see what their needs are. Please be aware and keen to when there are situaltions that you can help with. When you see there are needs you can match with your talents/skills/contacts/information etc. please do so.
Oh you may also notice someone in particular you'd like help from, so keep in mind that other members will be surfing for guess what reason, NO not to get help, mainly to see whom they can help.
That is the main reason this will work, because everyone is looking to help... so it CAN'T be too hard to get help in an environment like that.

Well! Here it goes...My value/s and how I may be able to help and these are in no particular order.
1. How to excell. I have excelled for at least periods of time at, guitar playing, piano playing, signing, dancing, video games, painting, bowling, tennis, public speaking, basketball defense/offense, typing, sales. I am not saying I could teach any one of these particular things but what I may be able to share if a general knowledge of what it takes to excell at anything.
IF YOU KNOW HOW TO EXCELL YOU COULD EXCELL AT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO.
2. The big thing I could give is my vision and drive behind this networking movement. I do this not just for me but for US. My focus and persistence, my desire. Giving more than I get out of it because I want it to succeed and I want to see you all succeed and be happy. So that I can selfishly be happy. LOL.
3. Fatherhood: I am a father whose there for his daughter. I have my shortcomings but I am there for her as we all should be BUT many are not. I have had many female and I have gotten to see from a male perpective what it is woman go through and how rediculous the way some of our black fathers act or maybe I should say don't act at all.
So I don't know what good that could be, but maybe I could talk to some wayward dads or something? got any ideas?
4. I have read a lot of self help books. Not nearly as many as I should have or as often as I should read. But enough that I know their value. Want to know why they are so important or what type of books you should read or what I have read or am currently reading, just ask and we can talk.
5. I have been in many businesses. Maybe someone would like to know the pro's and cons or share some knowledge.
6. I am currently working with a "Suite of companies" and can offer business and income opportunities and great diversification. I can show you who to decide on multiple streams of income and how to take advantage of different industries and different pay systems and different marketing techniques, different markerts etc
7. I have a basic financial Services background and knowledge of Life Insurance and Investment ideas. Just ask.
8. I have overcome not being a people person. If anyone knows they need to work with people but just are not a people person THAT'S ME! I have overcome that though. Wanna talk?
Well, that's it for now... I will contineu to try to think of other things about me and ways to potential be an assett for others. I will be posting my needs at another time as well. AND PLEASE remind me if I slip back into my poverish frame of mind of not wanting to halp NOBODY... slap me please LOL!
I too have a Dream:
..via the law of increasing returns: whatever you give shall be returned 10 fold, what goes around comes around, the golden rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you, people don't care unless they know you care, ...love oneanother as you love yourself, etc.
...well, these unavoidable laws of life, will kick in and as a result of our, well... unique (though as old as mankind himself) philosophy of networking, the rewards will come from unexpected sources. We will want to give even more when we experience the pleasure of these rewards, not the least of these rewards will be the pleasure of helping people to succeed and seeing their joy.
We will be creating an atmosphere where networking can spur the revival and resusitation of the greatness of our African/AmericanAmerican culture & community. A greatness that many may not even know existed before and a greatness perhaps can be surpassed. Success and greatness is contagious. Love, unselfish giving and sharing, mutual purpose,creativity, organized action plans creating synergy AND momentum can go further even than the mind can imagine.

Hello young lovers, whoever you are!! Brothers and sisters, Hello!
I am very excited about this month because I am more focused on my business goals and because it is the month for lovers. Love is always good. And also it is Black History month. A month to learn and feel really proud of who we are, where we came from and where we're going.
